I have been cooking A LOT

I just haven't bothered to write about it! I can't believe I have let myself get so busy! Between Pampered Chef and Thanksgiving and going into Christmas, I haven't been so good about blogging! So here's what I've done this past month:

I LOVE OAMC. I will have to do a whole month's worth of posts on this! I could probably start a whole blog for Freezer Meals! I KNOW they are good for the budget, make dinner easier, and yummy! So... Pampered Chef has "Power Cooking" which is prepared chicken or ground beef dinners for the freezer. I am really excited to do these for shows. They are around $2/ serving. I made Chicken Stir Fry, Chicken Tortilla Soup, Beef Chili, BBQ Beef Sloppy Joes. We LOVED them!

I also tried Taffy Apple Tartlets and Peppermint Fudge Cookie Sanwiches for Thanksgiving (my father-in-law did the pumpkin pie). They were YUMMY! I LOVE to try new recipes!

For Ashton's class party we made Turkey Cupcakes. I really enjoy the recipes from Family Fun!
We also made Mashed Potatoes and Jello Salad to take to Thanksgiving Dinner. And at home I made our family homemade rolls and roasted a Turkey. We LOVE Turkey leftovers! My sister-in-law and I like to use the Stoneware Muffin Pan for the rolls. They keep their shape, don't stick, and bake PERFECTLY!
