Cooking Together

So... The Hubby is off work every Friday. We were watching Food Network while eating lunch. We thought the recipes they were making sounded SO good. We ran to the store, and a couple hours later...
We made Empanadas, Chicken stuffed potato balls and Fire and Ice sauce. YUMMY! And so fun to cook with the Hubby! I LOVED IT! I can't wait to find another recipe he will get excited about, so we can cook together again!

Darth Taters

For our Star Wars dinner this past week we had Darth Taters- Thanks Amber, for your WINNING suggestion!

Our menu was:

Bossk Broccoli

Chewbacca Cheddar

Sugi Cream
Aurra Apples

and Embo Salad

This has been fun for our boys! We are taking a week off from the Star Wars fun. There won't be another new episode until Nov. 6. And... I am planning some fun Halloween and Spooky dinners and treats. So... stay tuned... I'm hoping to post a new Halloween idea every day. We'll see...
